You pay only for the sessions your child attends. Our matching, support and oversight are included in the hourly rate. Tutors are paid fairly. Families are charged honestly. There are no subscriptions and no sign-up costs.
One-to-one literacy, numeracy and confidence-building with a qualified primary teacher who understands the National Curriculum and how children of this age actually learn.
A structured year-long course for serious 11+ candidates. The most popular choice for families serious about preparation.
Flexible 11+ preparation for families who want to begin tutoring without committing to a year-long programme. Same standards, just billed by the hour.
For families serious about 11+ preparation, the Intensive Programme works out at £55 per session — the same as our hourly rate, but with substantial additions that don't exist in an hourly arrangement.
The diagnostic baseline gives us a clear picture of where a child is starting before lessons begin. The mock papers give us measurable progress to discuss with parents, not just a tutor's impressions. The termly progress reports keep families informed without needing to chase. The final mock, four weeks before the exam, gives time to address any remaining weaknesses.
For most serious candidates, the structure is worth more than the saving — it's a year of preparation that has been thought through end to end, rather than thirty unconnected sessions.
We are not the cheapest tutoring option in the Royal Borough. National platforms with undergraduate tutors charge £25-£35 per hour. We charge more because qualified teachers cost more — and because we genuinely believe a qualified teacher's hour is worth substantially more than an enthusiastic undergraduate's.
If a budget doesn't stretch to our rates, we will say so honestly. There are good lower-cost options — we may even suggest specific platforms. We would rather see your child supported well by someone else than poorly by us.
The right choice depends on your child's year group, target schools, and how much preparation they've already done. A short call is the easiest way to work it out.
